-Please make sure you have clean hygiene before our session starts.(Exceptions made for sports massage clients only)

-All minors must have an adult in the room/household at time of session.

-Please be sure to fill out your health history to update me of any medications, injuries, and/or illnesses before our session starts.

-Make sure you have an area of at least 5x8(Approximately an Area Rug size) clear of  items so that there is room for the table to be setup and  that I can move around it freely without Obstacles or Furniture.

-Please make sure to have pets in a safe area so they are not causing a distraction during the session.

-I will provide the music of your choice and lighting if you can provide at least one electrical outlet!

-If you would like to use an outdoor area of your home please make me aware before our session so that I can make the necessary adjustments.

-After a brief overview of our goals for the session we will begin!
